The iconic Porsche 911 delivers the high-powered performance and exciting maneuverability that you want from a sports car. In 2026, this elite model will receive several exciting updates that you can explore and benefit from.

One of the updates is the re-launch of the 4S trim for the 911 Targa, coupe, and convertible models. These 4S trims all come with a twin-turbo, flat-six engine that puts out 473 horsepower. They also have rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. This transmission is designed with Porsche Traction Management, which uses an electromagnetically controlled clutch and a water-cooled differential. If you choose one of the 4S versions of the 911, your sports car will also have upgraded dampers, brakes, and an exhaust system.

Numerous powertrains are offered across the 911 lineup. The most prominent powertrain is a turbo 3.0-liter, flat-six that delivers 388 horsepower. Select trim levels are also outfitted with an adaptive suspension system, a lowered ride height, rear-wheel steering, torque vectoring differential, launch control, and other performance-enhancing upgrades.

The model is otherwise unchanged across all 911 versions. The style continues to impress with its signature swooping hood and dramatically arched roof. The well-defined hood is accompanied on the front end by circular headlights and a powerful, lowered grille. Exterior features offered with select 911 trim levels include up to 21-inch wheels, summer performance tires, lightweight glass, special badging, and more.

Interior and safety features vary by model and trim.
